Florin Wealth Ltd ("We") are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We do not intentionally collect personal data from children. If a child under the age of 13 has provided data to us, please contact us at support@florinwealth.io.

For the purpose of GDPR, the data controller is Florin Wealth Ltd.

Information We May Collect From You

  • Information you provide by filling in forms on our app or website, including subscribing to our email newsletter.
  • Information you provide if you enter a competition or promotion sponsored by us.
  • Information you provide if you report a problem with the app.
  • A record of correspondence if you contact us.
  • Details you provide if you complete any surveys we ask you to enter.
  • Information about how you use the app as recorded by our internal tools, third-party analytics and advertising services, and platform providers such as Apple, Google, Amazon and Facebook — including device specifications, device ID, device advertising identifiers, statistical gameplay data, and content shared with other players.
  • Basic information such as your gender and birthday if you log in with Facebook. We do not post on any social networks unless you explicitly ask us to.
  • Anonymised location data (country and city) as determined by third-party services using a truncated version of your IP address.
  • Account IDs of any networks you log into and associate with your game save, including Facebook, Game Center and Google Play. These are used to back up and recover your game save. We do not receive your password, credit card number or other financial information from these networks.

Where We Store Your Personal Data

The data we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (EEA). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA working for us or one of our suppliers.

By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storage or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. All information you provide is stored on secure servers.

Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted via the internet. Any transmission is at your own risk.

Uses Made of the Information

  • To ensure that content from the app is presented in the most effective manner for you and your device.
  • To provide you with information, products or services that you request from us or which we feel may interest you, where you have consented.
  • To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us.
  • To allow you to participate in interactive features of our service.
  • To understand how users use the app.
  • To carry out re-engagement campaigns via advertising based on device advertising identifiers.
  • To notify you about changes to our service.

Marketing

If you are an existing customer, we will only contact you by electronic means with information about goods and services similar to those which were the subject of a previous sale to you.

If you are not an existing customer, we will contact you by electronic means only if you have consented to this. If you do not want us to use your data in this way, please contact us at support@florinwealth.io.

We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, but we may provide them with aggregate information about our users.

Your Rights

  • Access: The right to obtain confirmation of what personal data about you is processed by Florin Wealth, at reasonable intervals and free of charge.
  • Objection: The right to object to processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
  • Rectification: The right to have personal data rectified, blocked or deleted if the data is incorrect, incomplete, irrelevant, outdated or processed unlawfully.
  • Portability: The right to receive personal data you have provided in a structured and commonly used format, and to transmit that data to another controller.
  • Erasure: You may contact us at support@florinwealth.io and request that we delete all personally identifiable data from your profile. We will comply within 30 days and confirm the action has been completed.

Data Retention Policy

We will continue to store personal data for as long as is required for relevant business use cases, typically the lifespan of our apps, but up to 2 years after the app is no longer supported in the case of device identifiers. After this period we will securely delete or anonymise the data.

Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group, including our subsidiaries and ultimate holding company, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.

We may disclose your personal information to third parties in the event of a sale or acquisition of the business, if required to comply with a legal obligation, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Florin Wealth, its staff, customers or others.

Our Lawful Basis for Processing

  • The processing is in our legitimate interests, subject to your interests and fundamental rights, notably our legitimate interest in using applicable data to conduct and develop our business activities.
  • You have consented to the processing.

We may change this Privacy Policy at any time. We will post all changes on this page and indicate at the top of the page the modified policy's effective date.
